Shipping policy

All orders ship within 2-3 weeks from purchase date. Shipping takes 2-9 business days. Tahoe Basin local pickup/ delivery is also available.

Make sure to double-check your address before placing your order. We use USPS as our primary carrier for your packages. You should ensure that USPS recognizes your address as valid. When items are returned to us at no fault of our own, we deduct the price of shipping from the refund. For example, USPS might return an undelivered package to us due to outdated or incorrect address information.
